If following my 1:1 session I decide to continue on to The Dreambuilder Experience, this payment will act as my deposit -  securing my place in the forthcoming Dreambuilder Experience.

Alternatively, if following my clarity coaching session, I decide to not continue on to the Dreambuilder Experience, this payment is to be kept as full and complete payment for the discounted coaching session and no further payments are required from me.

* If I do decide to continue on to Dreambuilder, I can do so with a single upfront payment or via a payment plan.

THE SCHOOL OF GROWTH Enrolment Terms and Conditions

 

These terms and conditions form a part of Marina Perry & The School of Growth enrolment agreement with you and apply to the programs you have selected to attend and for which you wish to enrol (the “workshops”), to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions issued or stipulated by anyone other than Marina Perry & The School of Growth. In these terms and conditions all references to “us”, “our” and “we” mean Marina Perry & The School of Growth.



  1. Payment For Enrolments – Paid in Full Option

To qualify for the special ‘paid in full’ pricing you must pay in full within 7 days from the day of signing this agreement (less your deposit) If this is not met you will be placed on a payment plan. 

 

  1. Cooling Off Period

If you notify us, in writing (email) and within 3 business days from the date of signing this form, that you wish to cancel your enrolment, then we will refund you the total amount you have paid less the value of any product received with your enrolment i.e. products are non-returnable. This period is waived if a program is paid for within 3 days of the start of that.

 

  1. Enrolment Deposit – Payment Plan Option

We will not accept your enrollment until we receive a payment from you equal to or greater than the minimum deposit. If your enrollment deposit is not equal to the minimum deposit required, this amount will be held in credit and may not be refunded outside of the cooling off period.

 

  1. Payments For Enrolments – Payment Plan Option

You must advise us of your financial details on the date of your enrolment for a payment plan to be set up. Should these details not be provided we reserve the right to cancel your enrollment within 7 days and a refund will not be available. 

 

  1. Changing A Payment Plan

Any changes to your payment plan must be received in writing to [email protected] 10 days prior to your next scheduled debit date. Refunds will not be given due to your failure to notify us within this time frame.

 

  1. Workshop Changes

If for any reason we deem it necessary to change the workshop dates, venue, speaker, content, title or hours we may do so by notifying you In writing of the changes we make. In this case you retain the right to reschedule your enrolment without penalty.

 

  1. Failure To Attend A Seminar

If you fail to attend a seminar in which we are enrolled then you will forfeit the full cost of that enrollment and a credit is not available.

 

  1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All material presented during the workshop(s) for which you are enrolling is subject to copyright. The copyright in the materials remains the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without request written permission of the owner.

 

  1. Product Warranty (if applicable)

If any product that you receive with your enrolment is found to be faulty, our only obligation to you is to replace the faulty product within 10 business days of your written request and return of faulty product.

The laws of the state govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of a director of the Dream Builder Preview. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this again but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to the Dream Builder Preview under this agreement.
